Information systems strategy

Information systems strategy should be regularly reviewed, updated and communicated so that it remains aligned with the organisation's formal long term goals.

In environments where this does not happen, ad-hoc decisions for reasons of momentary or local departmental expediency ultimately lead to fragmentation with a large, often hidden, impact on operational efficiency and quality of service.

Two types of projects are particularly well positioned to focus internal stakeholders' attention on the subject:

  • EPR

  • Digital

Through our long experience of service at board level and of successfully defining, delivering and running systems in hospitals, we are well qualified to help chart a new course.
